Casserole pots with lid and handles , shown in blue . Authentic clay cookware . Individually hand-crafted on a potters wheel , enamelled by hand , and oven baked at 1200 c , Guaranteed Lead free . Clay is the best product used for cooking to enhance and bring out the flavour of your food . Can be used directly on gas , electric or coal and straight to the table ( heat diffuser recomended for Halogen ) suitable for use in a microwave . Care instructions come with each piece of Pottery , dishwasher safe .
