Gratin dishes , shown here in red with lid and cream without . Available in 3 sizes , lid available for 22 cm and 26 cm sizes . Authentic clay cookware . Individually hand-crafted on a potters wheel , enamelled by hand , and oven baked at 1200 c , Guaranteed Lead free . Clay is the best product used for cooking to enhance and bring out the flavour of your food . Can be used directly on gas , electric or coal and straight to the table ( heat diffuser recomended for Halogen ) suitable for use in a microwave . Care instructions come with each piece of Pottery , dishwasher safe . It's uneven surface and apparent defects are a part of the manufacturing process which authenticates it as a genuine '' TERAFEU TERAFOUR '' piece of '' Pottery ''.
