Terms and conditions

1. Delivery method is by the Royal mail and Parcel force, we find this is the most economical and convenient way to send parcels.
2. We aim to dispatch goods within 7 days, however, please allow up to 28 days for items that are out of stock or handmade.
3. Overseas delivery. Please allow 14-21 days for delivery. There may be an additional 21 days delay if an item is out of stock or handmade.
4. Credit and debit card numbers are taken using Pay pal and are not transmitted via email.
5. Damaged goods must be returned within 14 days, for a refund or replacement to the address below, unused and in original packing.
6. All goods are subject to availability, if a problem occurs an e-mail will be sent keeping you informed.
7. The prices of the goods for sale remain valid until a time they are changed on this web site. Any goods ordered will be charged at the price quoted on the website at the time the order was placed.
8. The customer has a right to cancel the order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. They will then be entitled to return the goods in an undamaged and unused condition, in their original packaging, to the address below, a refund will then be given within 30 days. Refunds are subject to a charge of 1% of the sum of the cancelled order to reimburse costs incurred by the cancellation. On cancellation JUST FRENCH will not be able to refund return packing costs incurred by the customer. Please be aware that we do try to be environmentally conscious , and often recycle packaging materials, if your purchases are for gifts please contact us to discuss this
